          1   pint Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
          1   cup peanut butter, creamy
          1   stick margarine
          3   quarts crispex® Cereal
      1 1/2   pints Powdered Sugar

  Melt chips, peanut butter and margarine. Pour melted mixture over cereal.  Stir
  until well coated.  Pour 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar per batch, in a grocery bag
  and add coated cereal and shake until cereal is covered with powdered sugar.
